Along with handling Corporate Training & Consulting assignments on Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, also worked as a Program Manager/ Functional Lead for CMS IT Services Pvt. Ltd on a full life cycle implementation project & a support project of R12 Oracle Apps. I have successfully qualified ‘Certification in Logistics, Transportation & Distribution (CLTD)’ from APICS. Working as a corporate trainer-consultant on assignments of Oracle University (CSS) through their key training vendor- SAR InfoTech. I had conducted training on Fusion Maintenance Cloud for multiple batches of Super Users & Power Users of different affiliate organizations in Ma’aden Group (Saudi Arabia). These trainings were conducted by me over a period of 3&1/2 months, just before scheduled Go-Live of the Fusion Maintenance Cloud implementation project undertaken at Ma’aden Group by IBM.

Regularly work on new course content development, recording sessions and questionnaire preparation assignments on Oracle Fusion Cloud for Oracle University. Also re-structured the courseware & case studies of P2P & O2C overview training for IBM Graduate Hire Program on behalf of Oracle University.

  • The project encompassed implementation of R12 Oracle Apps, SCM & Financial modules in client’s business across multiple countries in the APAC Region and my role was to lead the functional expert’s team & ensure smooth implementation across countries.
  • Performed Analysis of existing system architecture, As-Is Business Process Mapping and Business Process Re-engineering related SCM & Financials domain.
  • Worked on ‘As Is–To Be’ and Functional Design Documentation.
  • Analyzed the Gaps and implemented the workaround.
  • Done Organization Parameters and Shipping network setup.
  • Done Order Management Module Setups.
  • Defined Transaction types in Order Management as per business requirement.

  • Supporting day to day activities in SCM and Distribution modules.
  • Troubleshooting Order Management, Inventory and Purchasing issues.
  • Incorporating requirement changes into new system.
  • User interaction and Support Portal management.

  • Managed procurement of raw materials as well as handling deliveries of finished products- different qualities of yarns to clients (garment exporters) across North India.
  • Ensured cost effective, quality and timely procurement of raw materials for the production facility (yarn spinning mill) and on the other hand co-ordinated smooth deliveries of yarns to clients along with efficient reverse logistics arrangements.
